Planning and directing all accounting operational functions, handling the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluating accounting and internal control systems, and leading departmental staff will be essential for this role. Contact Jackie Meza at 209.227.6563 for additional informationHow you will make an impact- Manage daily cash and prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals- Give financial reports to executive committee and partners each month- Manage the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques to make sure cash collection is on time- Research, prepare and execute Finance Department initiatives such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as required- Responsible for month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis- Work closely with executive team and partners to facilitate efficient and effective firm-wide operation- Guide all operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll- Ensure client satisfaction by reviewing deliverables of self and team- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor them monthly- Comfortable handling responsibilities beyond formal job duties- Assess, execute and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
