This role is an integral part of our team and will provide the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business operations.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)• Coordinate auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations• Utilize Accounting Software Systems such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports to streamline accounting procedures• Perform month-end close procedures and prepare financial reports for senior management• Ensure the smooth operation of budget processes and financial forecasting• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Utilize skills in accounting functions to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting• Act as a key point of contact for financial inquiries and disputes, resolving them in a timely manner• Assist in the transition of senior leadership roles, preparing for future advancements within the company. Skills:• Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, Budget Processes, and Month End Close.
