Robert Half is looking for a professional Customer Service Rep for a temp to hire permanent job opportunity working for a large Arizona based medical company. This job is onsite at the company’s Mesa call center located at Power Road and Broadway. The job offers the ideal Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm schedule. In this role you will handle a steady volume of incoming patient requests and you will collect their insurance information and schedule their care appointments.
Past medical experience is not required. The only requirement is for an employee that has some past phone based inbound customer care experience. The company will teach all medical insurance aspects of the job. This is a great chance to get into the medical insurance field if that is of interest to you.
