What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Robert Half?

Our client is looking to implement a new way of gathering and tracking applicant information. The applicants are applying to Sales position within the company. You will be the first person the applicant talks to. You will be given a list of questions to ask the applicants. Some questions might be - What were you selling in your last job? What metrics did you have to hit weekly? Were the Metrics activity based, or revenue based? How many dials were you expected to make in a day?
You are responsible for providing the applicant with a great first experience. You must be very personable. Must have the ability to mirror and match. You must be able to lead a conversation and use critical thinking to dive deep into the applicant’s answers. The goal is to gather as much information from these applicants as possible. Our candidate must create an environment where the applicant feels comfortable in giving this information.
From there, you are to create a clear and concise report to the Recruiter so the Recruiter can decide if they would like the applicant to move forward in the interview process. You will be entering their information into our clients Database as well
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems,
Strong communication and social skills
