We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Sarasota, Florida. This role is in the performing arts industry where the key function will be to act as a host for high-end clientele. This position will be only evenings and weekends during showtimes. Responsibilities:• Interacting with high-end clientele and donors to provide exceptional customer service.• Ensuring all vendors, including catering and bartenders, are present and prepared.• Engaging in conversations with donors, providing them with a memorable experience.• Keeping track of and appropriately directing any questions or inquiries from donors.• Maintaining a detail oriented appearance suitable for a business environment.• Monitoring and managing the founders lounge during shows to ensure a smooth operation.• Processing any customer-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
