Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in the processing and analysis of sales data
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- Assist in organizing sales promotional activities
- Use CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word to manage tasks and information effectively
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Proficiency in CRM systems is essential
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with 'About Time' software is a plus
- Experience in cash activity and closing processes is required
- Must have excellent complaint handling skills
- Experience in interacting and communicating with C-Suite level executives is preferred
