Senior Manager, IT Security & Compliance | On-Site
A prestigious and highly secure organization is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Security & Compliance to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and ensure regulatory compliance across a complex IT environment.
This role is ideal for a seasoned security leader who thrives in high-integrity, high-visibility environments and is passionate about protecting digital assets through proactive risk management, policy enforcement, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and enforcement of IT security policies, standards, and procedures
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, incident response, and awareness training
- Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation efforts
- Drive compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory frameworks
- Lead internal and external security audits and risk assessments
- Manage application security and secure SDLC practices
- Mentor and lead a team of security professionals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, legal, audit, and business units
What You Bring:
- 5 years in IT Security with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, Active Directory, DLP, JMeter)
- CISSP preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional travel and high executive visibility.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
