- Expertly managing client requests on our Smart Secure Platform
- Proficiency in Fortinet Network devices for troubleshooting and support
- Successfully resolving issues related to Web Filtering, Managed Firewall changes, Intrusion Detection, Vulnerability Scanning, and Endpoint Management Services
- Deploying SSL-VPN and IPSEC VPN solutions for secure data transmission
Requirements:
- Experience with Fortinet FortiGate appliances and management platforms like FortiCloud, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer
- Familiarity with HP Procurve switches and Cisco networking products
- Minimum 5 years of Network and Infrastructure consulting experience
- Proficiency in DNS and DHCP protocols, and network certifications (especially Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco) are advantageous
