This role requires a proactive individual who can handle clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.Responsibilities:• Digitize aircraft maintenance documents by scanning them into the electronic filing system.• Organize and index records using various fields to create a searchable database.• Conduct regular audits of records to verify accuracy and completeness after initial entry.• Sort incoming mail and distribute maintenance documents to the designated Records Auditor.• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or improve record-keeping processes.• Maintain organization and accessibility of records to support operational needs.• Execute other administrative tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives.
