Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware such as Dell devices and Apple products.
• Manage and support technologies such as Android devices, Cisco systems, and Citrix environments.
• Administer Active Directory, ensuring user accounts and permissions are properly configured.
• Implement and oversee backup solutions to safeguard data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize configuration management processes.
• Offer guidance and training to end-users on system use and best practices.
• Maintain documentation for technical procedures and system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols.
• Proven experience in desktop support roles with a focus on troubleshooting and configuration.
• Familiarity with Android development and support for mobile devices.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including Dell and Apple devices.
• Expertise in Active Directory, including user account management and permissions.
• Understanding of backup technologies and their implementation.
• Ability to manage configuration processes effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support and collaboration.
