We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join a leading civil site development contractor in Kissimmee, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing concrete orders, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth communication across projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction initiatives while honing your organizational and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:• Schedule and manage concrete orders, collaborating closely with foremen and superintendents to align delivery timelines.• Coordinate mix designs with specific job requirements and concrete suppliers to ensure project accuracy.• Review upcoming orders with the superintendent to confirm readiness and address any potential issues.• Collect and organize tickets from concrete foremen for accurate record-keeping and reporting.• Maintain daily communication with teams to address challenges and resolve operational issues promptly.• Scan, sort, and file important documents to maintain organized records.• Facilitate seamless logistics coordination to support construction operations.• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and timely responses.
