ERP/CRM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio, for a Contract to permanent position. This role focuses on optimizing Oracle NetSuite processes, particularly in Accounts Receivable and Purchasing workflows, to enhance efficiency and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background and the ability to deliver impactful system improvements.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and optimize workflows for Accounts Receivable and Purchasing within the Oracle NetSuite platform.
• Provide hands-on training to team members on newly configured processes and system functionalities.
• Configure automated invoice reminders to replace manual tasks and ensure timely communication.
• Develop and deploy notification systems to streamline operations within NetSuite.
• Automate manual processes to improve operational accuracy and reduce inefficiencies.
• Build and customize reports and dashboards within NetSuite to meet organizational needs.
• Offer strategic recommendations for system enhancements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Extensive experience as a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Purchasing modules within Oracle NetSuite.
• Proficiency in automating workflows and configuring notifications in NetSuite.
• Expertise in client-side scripting and API development.
• Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents and manage system configurations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite CRM and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
• Experience in Salesforce development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
