We are looking for an ERP System Specialist to join our team in Warren, Ohio. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional departments to optimize and support ERP and CRM systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and optimize the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system and associated tools to improve workflow and functionality.
• Lead system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify business requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to users to maximize system utilization.
• Utilize tools like Power BI, Report Studio, and InfoMaker to deliver actionable insights that enhance business operations.
• Design and implement customizations using Dyna-Change Business Rules, Navigator, and Screen Designer.
• Manage integrations between ERP systems and third-party software vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Epicor Report Builder and SQL Reporting.
• Coordinate with software providers for system improvements and project implementations.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for system configuration and data security.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including API development and C# programming.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Epicor DocStar, Phocas, and Cash Collect (Lockstep) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to configure and customize ERP systems for improved efficiency.
