We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in our Museum/Art Gallery/Botanical/Zoo industry located in KALAMAZOO, Michigan. You will be the main point of contact for all matters related to the Executive Director's office, playing a pivotal role in facilitating executive outreach, liaising with the Board of Directors, and overseeing special projects. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents on all matters pertaining to the Executive Director's office.• Serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams.• Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts.• Oversee and manage special projects.• Exhibit strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, Board Members, external partners, and donors.• Handle confidential information with discretion.• Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving and decision-making.• Adapt to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.• Actively seek opportunities and propose solutions.• Manage scheduling and calendar management tasks.• Deliver expert-level written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations.• Provide excellent customer service and data entry services.
