Executive Director

We are looking for an Executive Director to lead and oversee the strategic, financial, and operational activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing organizational policies, budgets, and member relations while driving growth and fostering collaboration. Based in Saxe, Virginia, this role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact through effective leadership and innovation.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement organizational policies and philosophies to align with strategic goals.• Prepare and oversee budgets to ensure financial stability and alignment with organizational objectives.• Provide accurate financial reports utilizing third-party accounting and bookkeeping services.• Coordinate and manage Board meetings, including preparing materials, taking minutes using AI tools, and distributing outcomes promptly.• Recruit new members and manage membership renewals, tracking progress and reporting to the Board.• Maintain and update the member directory, ensuring accurate and timely coordination with members.• Select and manage a non-profit membership management system to enhance operational efficiency.• Collaborate with third-party planners to organize and execute successful events.• Support and oversee the Membership Committee, ensuring effective communication and member engagement.• Drive business development initiatives to expand organizational reach and foster partnerships.

Salary : $54,000 - $55,000
