Job Description: Senior OneStream Financial Systems Administrator
Reports To: Senior Manager of Financial Systems
Department: Global Finance
The Opportunity: Join a high-growth, international, global manufacturing company as a Senior Financial System Analyst. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution for Financial Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic CPM roadmap, establish best practices, drive continuous improvement, and automation efforts. As the OneStream Financial Systems Administrator, you will manage system administration, report and input template creation, and play a vital role in future finance projects. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Systems and supports the Global Finance organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform system administration tasks for the OneStream – CPM Solution.
- Provide support for global finance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate financial data extraction for analysis, inquiries, and ad hoc reporting needs.
- Serve as a bridge between business users and technology, evaluating user requirements and aligning them with system capabilities to enhance existing processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer support for end-users by investigating, correcting, and validating errors and discrepancies.
- Maintain the integrity of data flow between financial systems and OneStream.
- Design, develop, and update required reports utilizing OneStream reporting applications.
- Conduct training sessions for new OneStream users, guiding them from beginner to expert levels.
- Establish proactive and frequent communication with internal customers to foster strong relationships.
