The position is ideal for someone who excels at financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:• Lead the financial close, reporting, forecasting, and annual strategic planning processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives.• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and analytical perspectives that shape the company's strategy.• Serve as a key advisor to global leaders, building financial models and addressing complex business challenges with data-driven solutions.• Assist in the preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts, including those specific to individual countries.• Drive continuous improvement in reporting capabilities, enhancing forecasts, annual plans, and cross-functional reporting systems.• Develop financial models and analyses to support capital allocation decisions, including mergers and acquisitions.• Provide business partnership support to operations leadership, focusing on financial analysis, cost reduction opportunities, and trend monitoring.• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.• Utilize advanced reporting systems to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.
