Skills:
- 4 Years in Similar Role, Leadership Qualities, Level 3 Escalations, Can Work Independently
- Can Commit to Ongoing Contract Tier 3 Support tasks indefinitely (want tenure/continuity amongst their team)
- Microsoft 365 Products: Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange (Mailboxes, Distro Lists), Teams
- White-Glove Treatment for VPs (big piece of L3 support) – need to Adapt to other requests they have (strong executive-level interfacing skills)
- Assigning Groups and Understand Group Policies in a Hybrid Entra ID/Azure AD Environment
- Windows 10/11 OS, Good ITSM (Ticketing System) Background (ServiceNow preferred)
- Can Troubleshoot Remote Audio / Connectivity Issues (Genesys)
- LAN/WAN, Basic Networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, Shared Printers. Can Interpret Network Issues
- Image/Deploy/Maintain Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices
- Thousand Eye (preferred), VDI Platforms (preferred), Server Updates, SQL, Print Servers, Backups, DRS
- Azure Cloud Experience, Security Access, MFA, Audit/Monitor for Risks & Threats
- Vendor Relations, Bedside Manner (very key), Communication & Written Skills (Will Write KB Articles)
