We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role is in the tech industry and will be based in a professional office setting. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will utilize your knowledge of computer software, hardware, and various internet applications to ensure the highest functionality of computer systems and networks. Responsibilities:• Collaborate with IT team members to maintain, upgrade, and monitor computer systems and networks.• Install and configure software according to specifications and set up workstations with necessary peripheral devices.• Manage and resolve queries via email, in-person or with a ticketing system.• Assist with hardware installations and perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.• Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.• Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules, and identify equipment shortages to place orders.• Handle IT configuration for new employees as part of the onboarding process, as well as during employee termination.• Support current Microsoft products and services.• Utilize skills in Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments.
