• Assist in onboarding new hires, coordinating documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS systems, with experience in platforms such as Paylocity.
• Demonstrated skills in benefits administration, including enrollment and issue resolution.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support employees.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and coordination between departments.
• Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to generate reports and analyze data to inform HR strategies.
• Prior experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the financial services sector.
