We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis in Abilene, Tx. The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources processes.Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training.Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Provide support with benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility verification, and resolving employee inquiries.Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, escalating issues as needed.Coordinate and track employee leave requests, including FMLA, vacation, and sick leave.Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.Support HR reporting and data analysis initiatives, generating reports and analyzing trends to inform decision-making.Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
