If you are passionate about employee engagement and compliance, we invite you to play a key role in shaping our growing workforce.Responsibilities:• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in data management.• Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, leave tracking, and retirement plans.• Support managers in performance management activities, including goal setting, evaluations, and addressing employee concerns.• Collaborate with leadership to drive engagement, retention, and focused development initiatives.• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.• Ensure compliance with employment laws at federal, state, and local levels, and provide recommendations for best practices.• Manage employee relations with professionalism and discretion, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.• Assist in organizing employee recognition events, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives.
