Robert Half is seeking a talented Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Monmouth County! Key Accountabilities • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs/initiatives and hire top talent at all levels across non-technical functions • Full cycle recruitment: sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending and negotiating offers, and initiating the onboarding process • Support internal team of senior business leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers • Maintain ATS by updating candidate and requisition statuses • Maintain and track pipeline activity • Build strong relationships with candidates• Provide general backup to TA team as needed • Assist the HR team in additional areas such as departmental projects
