Responsibilities
- Manage HR-related paperwork and maintain organized filing systems.
- Keep track of correspondence and ensure timely responses.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Potentially participate in the recruitment and interviewing process for entry-level positions.
- Conduct phone calls for references using scripts when necessary.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and consultants on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Handle employee relations and work towards resolving any issues.
- Experience in BambooHR is a plus
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Knowledge of About Time software
- Understanding of Benefit Functions in a HR context
- Experience in Compensation Administration
- Ability to ensure Compliance in HR practices
- Proven track record in handling Employee Relations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field would be advantageous.
