The HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining a harmonious work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.Responsibilities:• Oversee HR functions and work in collaboration with the HR Director• Accurately process payroll using HRIS software• Monitor employees' time off and manage related processes• Maintain accurate records of employees and their details• Utilize ADP for financial services and workforce management• Manage hiring processes and ensure they comply with industry standards• Maintain strong employee relations and resolve any issues promptly• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures• Utilize Ceridian and HCM for various HR functions• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
