We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry based in Hauppauge, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting compliance reviews, maintaining employee records, and managing company's immigration matters. You will also be expected to stay updated with the dynamic labor regulatory landscape and provide risk management suggestions.Responsibilities:• Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with regulations, providing optimization advice when necessary• Create and implement a HR compliance framework, risk mitigation mechanism, and monitor operational outcomes• Stay up-to-date with Federal, State, and local laws that impact the company and/or employees• Oversee and manage the maintenance of employee records as required by law and internal processes• Handle company’s immigration matters, partnering with outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate filings• Oversee recruitment process and advise employees and management on immigration-related questions• Coordinate with Global Mobility teams to facilitate immigration matters• Act as the point of contact for expatriates for various communications related to the expatriation process• Regularly check and update various records for accuracy• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Hiring Processes.
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
