Job Summary:
Robert Half Permanent Placement is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst with Business Intelligence experience to manage and optimize HR systems and data reporting processes for one of our key clients. This role ensures the integrity of HRIS (UKG) and supports key HR functions such as benefits, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. The ideal candidate will leverage reporting expertise, Excel experience, and process improvement initiatives to provide actionable insights and drive HR efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize HRIS modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Generate and analyze reports
- Identify process improvements through data analysis
- Support system administration for UKG Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and more
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects and documentation
- Stay updated on HR tech trends, including AI tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field highly preferred but not required
- 5–10 years of relevant experience including HRIS and data analysis required
- Strong knowledge of UKG systems required and Cognos reporting experience is a big plus!
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with sensitive HR/payroll data required
