Robert Half is partnering with a privately held real estate investment company to hire a commercial real estate paralegal for its Boca Raton headquarters. This role reports into the General Counsel and supports leasing and transactional matters across a national retail and industrial portfolio. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing leases and related documents, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining legal files, and managing key dates and lease abstracts.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
