We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our clients technology operations located in Bothell, Washington. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background and leadership skills to ensure the seamless functioning of IT systems, infrastructure, and security. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative on premise environment, driving innovation while maintaining high standards in IT service delivery.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations management with a focus on hands-on technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Citrix, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
• Strong understanding of security practices, including disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Experience managing on-premises environments and overseeing desktop support and telecommunications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as MPLS and firewall technologies, preferably Palo Alto.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of thin client and server virtualization technologies.
• Experience with banking systems like Symitar or similar is a plus.
