Key responsibilities:
Analyze all financial transactions, integrating unforeseen costs into the project budget.
Collaborate with project management to devise a detailed, cost-effective budget.
Maintain a thorough record of all project finances for audit and tax purposes.
Interpret financial data and information to prepare cost analyses for projects.
Monitor potential financial risks and budget discrepancies, reporting to management for review.
Keep updated with market trends and forecast construction-related price changes.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Manage accounting duties throughout the project, including invoice preparation, cash flow estimation, and purchase order approvals.
Stay informed about developments in both the construction and accounting industry.
Utilize accounting software systems to perform accounting functions accurately and efficiently. Candidates should hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of accounting.
Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is a must.

Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required for this role.
