We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Staff Accountant to join our team in Ojai, California. This opportunity offers the chance to grow your accounting skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:• Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.• Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain precision in financial records.• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking.• Record and analyze accounting entries to support financial reporting processes.• Utilize QuickBooks and Shopify to streamline bookkeeping and operational tasks.• Handle payroll processes, including paycheck preparation and distribution.• Monitor and track invoices to ensure proper documentation and resolution of discrepancies.• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve financial system efficiency.• Provide organizational support for financial operations and ensure compliance with established procedures.
