Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff trial law firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of litigation experience. The Litigation Paralegal will handle all aspects of the litigation process from initial intake to trial attendance. The position involves extensive contact with clients and medical providers. Proficiency in applying the court rules and procedures in both state and federal courts; experience in reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical, financial, and other case-related documents and records; well-developed writing and research skills; experience drafting pleadings, discovery and correspondence; the ability to anticipate attorney needs, identifying problems and finding solutions. - 3 years of relevant experience

- Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
