Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirementsResponsibilities:• Process, verify, and calculate bi-weekly payroll.• Maintain accurate payroll records.• Prepare and distribute payroll reports on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.• Assist in calculating bonuses, salary-based compensation, and reconciling payroll accounts.• Address payroll discrepancies.• Respond to employee inquiries with clarity.• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, recommending updates as needed.• Manage payroll journal entries and ensure timely payment of invoices related to employee benefits.• Lead audits related to payroll and retirement plans, and provide necessary documentation for financial statement audits.
