We are on the lookout for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be in charge of handling full cycle payroll processes for both our hotel and corporate sectors. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll operations for hotels and corporate sectors.• Employ accounting software systems to streamline the payroll process.• Ensure accurate maintenance and auditing of payroll records.• Manage 401k - RRSP Administration.• Utilize 'About Time' tool for effective timekeeping and labor management.• Carry out general accounting functions related to payroll.• Administer employee benefits functions effectively.• Resolve any payroll-related inquiries promptly and professionally.• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions.• Although not mandatory, familiarity with Paycor will be an advantage.
