The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, excels at team leadership, and embraces challenges with a focus on delivering results.Responsibilities:• Lead product development initiatives by collaborating with R& D teams to launch new filled products, utilizing existing equipment or introducing new technologies.• Manage the transition of processes from lab-scale to full commercial production, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to define critical processing parameters, analyze data, and optimize processes for consistent quality and performance.• Mentor and guide a team of Process Engineers, fostering technical excellence and encouraging continuous innovation.• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on process optimization, cost savings, and new product introductions.• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including MoCRA and industry best practices, throughout the process scaling stages.• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and statistical tools to improve process efficiency.• Drive the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing operations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business goals.
