Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, particularly in relation to CDP and customer communication strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, customer service, technology, and compliance teams, to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Champion the use of Tealium for customer data management, ensuring optimal utilization across marketing and communication platforms.
- Agile Product Management:
- Act as the Product Owner within the Agile Scrum team, responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product vision.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
- Utilize Jira to manage and track progress, ensuring transparency and efficient communication within the team and across departments.
- Customer Data Platform (CDP) Management:
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring that it supports personalized communication, customer segmentation, and analytics-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure data accuracy, integration, and accessibility across all customer touchpoints.
- Leverage Tealium and other relevant tools to improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and consistent communication regarding product goals, challenges, and progress.
- Work with marketing and customer engagement teams to develop and execute communication strategies that enhance customer experiences and improve retention rates.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries, updates, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
