In this role, you will support an Aircraft Interiors Program team, collaborating with program managers to oversee all phases of the program, from development and qualification testing to certified product delivery. This position involves a strong interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, requiring excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture effective partnerships with internal functional teams, fostering collaboration across integrated product teams.
• Manage program schedules, performance metrics, customer reviews, and decision-making processes to meet contract commitments.
• Prepare, update, and monitor documentation and analyses in alignment with contractual requirements and business procedures.
• Coordinate closely with production teams to prioritize and escalate tasks as needed to meet goals.
• Oversee financial, technical, and schedule performance to ensure contractual commitments are achieved.
• Provide guidance on risk and opportunity management strategies, ensuring proactive decision-making.
• Lead monthly financial reporting activities to maintain program transparency and accountability.
• Organize and participate in customer program reviews and prepare materials for client visits.
• Facilitate decision-making processes by applying critical thinking to incomplete or ambiguous data.
• Collaborate with supply chain and production operations to manage delivery schedules and ensure customer requirements are met.
