Our client is a leading commercial real estate firm that specializes in the leasing, acquisition and property management. We are currently looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join their team. The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing and organizing the administrative tasks of our commercial properties. These duties include maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases, and securing premises.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee properties' day-to-day operations (maintenance, occupant relations, etc.)Market and fill vacancies, screen prospective tenants, and maintain tenant relationships.Enforce all building rules and regulations.Handle daily financial operations, including rent collection, payroll management and invoice processing.Liaise with tenants regarding property-related issues and inquiries.Ensure all property activities comply with regulations and laws.Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performance reports, and variance reports.
