Responsibilities
- Coordinating maintenance requests to ensure the smooth running of all properties.
- Preparing lease agreements and ensuring they comply with all legal and company standards.
- Handling tenant inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
- Maintaining accurate property records to ensure all data is up-to-date.
- Utilizing property management software for efficient organization and record-keeping.
- Using accounting software systems for financial management and reporting.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook for communication and data analysis.
- Performing accounting functions related to property management.
- Managing accounts payable (AP) and ensuring all payments are made on time.
- Handling correspondence and documentation related to property management and insurance matters.
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Outlook for communication
- Knowledge of Accounting Functions
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
- Ability to manage Correspondence effectively
- Strong Documentation skills
- Knowledge of Insurance practices in relation to property management
- Experience in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry
- Proven ability to work as a Property Administrator
