We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist with our client in the property management industry, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will also handle the distribution of incoming mail and assist with general office tasks.Responsibilities:• Efficiently manage the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for visitors• Handle incoming phone calls promptly and professionally• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries• Distribute incoming mail as per the established procedures• Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support• Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks• Utilize your skills in 'Switchboard - Phones 1 - 10 Lines' and 'Customer Service' to ensure smooth operations
