We are in the search for a meticulous Receptionist to become a part of a Production team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role will encompass a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to fielding telephone calls, directing visitors, and maintaining efficient office operations. The chosen candidate will also be expected to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in various office skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Responsibilities:• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate department or individual• Welcome and direct visitors within the office premises, maintaining a hospitable and business like atmosphere• Undertake word processing tasks, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly formatted• Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval and storage of documents• Handle faxing duties, ensuring all documents reach their intended recipients in a timely and secure manner• Assist multiple supervisors with administrative tasks as needed• Maintain a smooth workflow within the office, quickly troubleshooting any issues that may arise• Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft office for daily tasks• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
