Scottsdale - 10+ Year Civil Litigation Attorney

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Arizona-Licensed Civil Litigation Attorney to join our mid-sized law firm client's team in Scottsdale, Arizona. As an experienced Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling the different phases of civil litigation, managing all aspects of files (including bankruptcy, tort, real estate litigation, contract litigation and commercial litigation), and providing excellent client service. Responsibilities:• Handle all phases of civil litigation and commercial litigation files.• Utilize 3M and Adobe Acrobat for document management and trial preparation.• Manage client communication, maintaining a commitment to exceptional client service.• Draft pleadings and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Navigate business systems for client and case management.• Utilize your civil litigation expertise in handling complaint cases.• Mentor entry level attorneys, fostering a collaborative workplace environment.• Leverage your experience in bankruptcy cases when necessary.• Use your skills and experience to manage all aspects of litigation.

Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
