As a Software Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to software solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software solutions. The scope of assignments will be diverse, requiring creativity, innovation, and independent thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing project requirements, system architecture, and subsystem designs to formulate implementation strategies.
• Participating in the assessment of architectural options to optimize project outcomes considering costs and opportunities.
• Collaborating with Product Marketing to devise strategies for gathering insights from customer feedback.
• Engaging with different entities to ensure compliance with regulations and secure necessary approvals.
• Contributing to risk assessment and formulating contingency plans as needed.
• Providing estimates for resource requirements and project timelines.
• Validating designs against implementation strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Cooperating with suppliers to ensure the development of high-quality prototypes and software releases.
• Coordinating with Production and Customer Support teams to facilitate smooth product releases, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Guiding and supervising junior engineers and external partners.
• Performing any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Full life cycle experience including bringing product to market
- Experience in object-oriented analysis, design and coding methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in C#, Java and/or other modern programming languages
- Experience developing applications for Windows
Additional Experience:
- Experience in industrial controls and/or instrumentation is highly desired
