Responsibilities:
Provide efficient software-related assistance to handle requests and resolve issues.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of software-related problems and develop effective solutions.
Implement system improvements based on user feedback to optimize processes.
Collaborate with the System Architect to ensure seamless integration between platforms.
Take the initiative to research and propose options for software redesign or enhancements to improve system functionality.
Play a significant role in defining business requirements for complex systems and developing tools for implementation.
Develop and enforce standards for systems and software as necessary.
Offer technical guidance to other members of the technology team.
Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance to team members via various communication platforms.
Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure prompt, accurate solutions and identify patterns for improvement opportunities. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Software Support Analyst.
Proficient in Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
Strong skills in SQL, SQL - Structured Query Language, SQL Code, SQL Queries, SQL Reporting, and SQL Programming.
Experience with SQL Server and ability to manage and troubleshoot issues.
Familiarity with Remote Desktop Support for remote problem-solving.
Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of .NET, Java, XML, and C - All Versions for software development and support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
