As a Sr. Accountant, you will be tasked with the important role of maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your primary tasks will include the reconciliation of accounts, preparing and posting journal entries, and preparing reports for various stakeholders. Call or text Edgar Gonzalez if interested 209.395.2259Responsibilities• Ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger through regular analysis• Conducting account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance• Preparing and posting detailed journal entries for a variety of transactions• Analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts• Facilitating the month-end closing process by preparing various reports for management, external auditors, tax team, and government agencies• Engaging in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed• Utilizing various software tools such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for efficient and accurate accounting• Maintaining confidentiality and exercising good judgment in handling sensitive information• Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization, fostering positive working relationships• Demonstrating strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
