Sr. FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a Senior FP& A Analyst to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in FP& A and a passion for driving financial insights.Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support business strategies and cost management.• Develop and maintain robust financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate opportunities.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement.• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including executives and senior leadership.• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.• Analyze financial data related to SaaS operations and identify cost optimization opportunities.• Assist in evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives and projects.• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations while maintaining data integrity.• Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts with less experience on best practices and methodologies.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
