We're currently seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing innovative IT solutions.

Role Overview:

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining IT systems for our clients. Your responsibilities will include a mix of onsite and remote work, with a focus on both service-oriented tasks and high-level projects. You'll be the go-to expert for technical issues and project implementations, ensuring our clients' systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a balance of onsite and remote work, including both service-oriented tasks and high-level IT projects.
• Manage and support virtualization environments, primarily using VMWare, including installation, architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain Microsoft server environments, both on-premises and cloud-based (12/19, open, group policies, active directory structure, etc.).
• Provide exceptional customer service as this role involves managing multiple clients and finding solutions to their unique challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offer expert guidance, and implement effective IT solutions.
• Handle hardware-related tasks, particularly storage management.
• Work with Aruba Networking, HP projects, and Veeam backup solutions (knowledge of Veeam is a plus, as 80-90% of our clients use it).

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with VMWare, including installation, architecture, support, and configurations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft server technologies, encompassing both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
• Knowledge of hardware, particularly storage solutions.
• Familiarity with Aruba Networking, HP projects, and Veeam backup solutions (a plus).
• Aptitude for managing multiple clients and shifting between service tasks and project work.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• This role is based in Green Bay, WI, with an onsite structure involving both in-office and onsite client work.
• Client base includes various small to medium-sized businesses and organizations in Wisconsin.
• Typical client sizes range from 10-user environments to larger institutions with up to 1,000 users.
