This the role for an experienced Tax Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.Major responsibilities- Prepare and examine complex income tax returns- Help with planning and compliance regarding tax matters, such as waivers and tax returns- Review and supervise the preparation of quarterly tax projections, and communicate required estimated tax payments- Help review all financial statements for quality control- Provide accounting managers and staff accountants with tax best business practices- Produce and review tax correspondence and facilitation and oversight of tax audits- Assist with compliance with financial and tax reporting policies and procedures- Examine and oversee quarterly and annual payroll tax returns- Support distribution and analysis of W-2s and 1099s
