The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, managing on-site inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations and merchandising team to ensure adherence to standards in markets and pantries• Regularly conduct pantry audits to verify that products are properly stored, within their use-by date, and arranged according to the planogram• Oversee the onboarding and management of on-site attendants• Work closely with the Operations team to address any maintenance or repair issues arising in the pantry• Monitor employee satisfaction with pantry services and make recommendations for improvements as necessary• Manage waste consumption and implement waste reduction initiatives with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly practices• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees• Provide administrative oversight across other designated locations• Support on-site operations and fulfillment logistics• Manage on-site product inventory levels effectively.
