Prestigious creditor rights law firm is seeking a Maryland and Virginia licensed attorney with 5 years of experience practicing in the area of real estate, foreclosure and/or creditors’ rights law for mid to high level attorney position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed review of documentation related to MD and VA foreclosures to ensure compliance with state and federal law
- Communicate with client and courts in a timely and professional manner
- Attend court status hearings, mediations and litigation
- Manage portfolio of title curative and litigation matters related to MD and VA foreclosures and other default related issues.
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations
- Day to day handling of the Virginia foreclosure pre-sale, post-sale and accounting processes
Ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess:

Education:
